2.Characteristics of CSE-1905

1) This product is a latex polymer compound, which is easy to disperse in cold water.

2) This product can be used for surface sizing on paper added with a small amount of internal sizing agent or base paper without wet end chemicals (mainly for the papermaking of paperboard), and good sizing degree can be obtained.

3) CSE-1905 can obtain better sizing effect without aluminum sulfate.

4) This product has good compatibility with starch. It can obtain stable sizing effect for enzyme modified and ammonium persulfate modified starch systems.

5) CSE-1905 improves the stability of fine fibers and impurity ions precipitated from base paper, so that the sizing effect can be maintained under the changing conditions of waste paper.

6) This product has good stability to hard water, less foaming amount of coating liquid, and will not produce precipitates under the condition of high conductivity.

7) CSE-1905 has no problem of sizing aging. The sizing degree can be obtained immediately after sizing drying.

3.Usage and precautions of CSE-1905

1) As the pH of the surface coating solution increases, the sizing effect will decrease, so please use it below pH 7.

2) The product is also very stable when mixed with aluminum sulfate in the sizing solution. The use of aluminum sulfate in order to adjust the pH value of the sizing solution or clean the sizing system will not cause problems.

3) Although CSE-1905 has good hard water resistance stability, please use 2000 for starch gelatinization and dilution μ Clean water below s / cm.

4) The storage period of the product is 6 months. Please use it in time to avoid affecting the use effect.
