3. Usage of SUR-5
1) Generally, the stripping agent is diluted to more than 10 times with water and added to the slurry mixing tank or the slurry flow system in front of the net. The dosage of sur-5 stripping agent is closely related to the speed of the paper machine. The reference data are as follows.
2) The pH value of papermaking process also has a great influence on the amount of stripping agent. When the pH value increases, the amount of stripping agent increases accordingly. At pH 7, the dosage difference of stripping agent can be greater than 20%.
4. Packaging and storage
Packed in 50kg-1t barrels, please store in a cool and ventilated place. The shelf life is 2 months in summer and 3 months in other seasons
