2.Features of AEM-40

1) This product is anionic, suitable for sizing paper and paperboard with waste pulp or wood pulp as raw materials in acidic and weak acidic environment.

2) When the papermaking conditions change (pH, aluminum sulfate addition, pulp type), it still plays a stable sizing effect.

3) Keep good sizing effect under closed (recycling of white water) papermaking conditions.

4) Compared with the common anionic rosin sizing agent, sizing efficiency is higher.

5) The applicable pH range is 4.0 ~ 6.5, and the optimal pH range is 4.5 ~ 6.0.

3.Usage and precautions of AEM-40

1) When diluting the product, please use generally clean water. Do not use unclean water such as white water.

2) It is suitable for intermittent addition and continuous addition. The place where the slurry can be fully mixed shall be selected. Generally, it shall be added in the batching tank or headbox (intermittent addition is recommended to be added in the slurry tank, and continuous addition is recommended to be added in the high-level tank or headbox).

3) Do not mix with other chemicals (especially cationic chemicals).

4) The storage period of the product is 6 months. For expired products, there may be quality degradation. Please note that.

5) The product is non-toxic. If it comes into contact with skin, please rinse it with tap water or peel it off after the rosin glue is dry. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with tap water and ask a doctor for examination. If you drink by mistake, spit it out and send it to the hospital for examination.
