3. Usage and precautions of GS-35
1) According to the amount of dye in the pulp, it is generally 10-20% of the amount of dye (no folding). Dilute gs-35 paper color fixing agent more than 10 times, add it into the pulp and walk evenly, then add dye and mix well.
2) Because the price of color fixing agent is lower than that of dye, the use of color fixing agent can not only improve the utilization rate of dye and reduce environmental pollution, but also appropriately reduce the production cost.
3) The fixing agent has better effect on direct dyes, followed by alkaline and acid dyes.
4) In order to improve the fixation effect, aluminum sulfate can be properly added to the pulp.
5) The effect of controlling the pH value of slurry is better under weak acidic conditions.
