1) Defoaming with white water at the wet end of papermaking;

4. Usage and precautions of DF-4

1) defoamer has excellent properties of defoaming and anti foaming. It can be added or used as an anti foaming component after adding foam. According to different usage systems, the amount of defoamer can be 10~1000ppm, and the best dosage is determined by customers according to specific conditions.

2) Defoamer products can be used directly or after dilution. If it can be fully stirred and dispersed in the foaming system, it can be added directly without dilution.

5. Packaging and storage

1) This product is packed in 25kg, 50kg or 200kg, 1t plastic drums.

2) This product is suitable for storage at 0 ~ 30 ℃, and should not be placed near the heat source or exposed to the sun. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to this product. Seal the container when not in use. If there is layering after long-term storage, it shall be stirred evenly, which generally does not affect the use effect.

3) According to the general chemical storage method. Ensure sealing after use.

Under the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.
